happy valentines' day! or as ken lim would rightly recall, valenStines' day. don't ask why -.-

i spent sometime today messaging this year's valentine's gifts (sigh, but it really is the thought that counts), which is probably why i really got up at 9, right on time. usually, i spend half and hour trying to get up, but anyway...

and i spent sometime surfing around for something famous (okay, that wasn't the important part) and meaningful to put up this valentine's day. and yes, with all the lovey dovey things going on all around (haha i particularly liked what small dave wrote on his vday entry haha), i actually wanted to put up something soppy like boyzone (which has somehow been on my playlist for some apparent reason *frowns) and i was thinking picture of you, which remains starkly in my memory of the one with the music video with the mr. bean dance, outfits and the man himself. then i thought back to the movie, and about 2 guys... then i thought, neh.

yes, it all comes back to the man of love. the one who doesn't stop loving us. and who said vday was just for couples? singles going nowhere out of the house get erm lots of fun via sms, looking at all the hilarious replies.

3. jerel: "no flowers and songs la. not like you." yes, the plants in my house and my radio. and the next thing i find out, acsi had singing telegrams and my bro left my sunflower, which was supposedly for some other friend (what am i? a stand in! but oh well, it's the thought that counts haha), in his locker, and i'll be in kay el for cny in less than 24 hours! sigh.

maybe i'll bring the flower overseas and stir up some rumour among the relatives hahaha.
