haha that just oddly reminded me of a previous entry. yes, technology is not with me indeed. bahs.
anyway, i taught my first piano class on sunday. it was a mad rush, from church back home for maggi mee lunch, then running up the hill, with the hill seemingly going on and on, then still having the immense patience to have an almost 45 minute lesson with a four-year-old who doesn't like sitting down. oh well, at least today's student hour gave me some ideas for next week's lesson.
well, the one week break's been not so much of a break in my opinion, but that's my own fault i guess. i'm up by about 8 to 8.30 plus, blame it on the biological clock. have it my way, i'd snooze all the way till afternoon or something, not get out of bed haha. but then again, i'd be bored of bed, then i won't want to sleep at night, then... ah never mind, being stupid for the moment haha.
haha let's see... i met up with the cfers on monday, popped down to the kindie to get some stuff to prepare for next term on tuesday, and i've been playing major piano (not that the piece was in major key, uh huh, bad joke haha) all the way till today getting ready for the student hour, after having played super little strictly classical pieces. but it was fun. i realise, i just learnt a new piece.
i'm going back to the piano. definately. just working on moonlight sonata these few days made me realise, dang i miss just the piano music.
and just for fun, the theme's water and bubbles for my kids next term, and i have erm a lot of planning to do, despite the teacher i'm reliefing having planned all the work. haha i just don't want to go into class utterly speechless about water and bubbles haha. imagine, all the things around our normal world, and i have to think about things to say about them so i wouldn't sound like some disorganised adult haha. don't be surprised, kids do say the darndest things, considering all the kindie moments i'm probably going to take away by the end of term two.
alright, sleep calls. with brilliant songs in the ipod haha thanks to my bro raiding the qm computer after band camp. gush.
